Tracked shipping costs €3.99. Tracked shipping by Correos (you will get a tracking number from origin to destination for your peace of mind. Estimated shipping time is 1-3 business days once it leaves our warehouse. (This shipping option is priority for us and will be shipped before standard shipping orders)
EXPRESS SHIPPING 24-48 WORKING HOURS
Express shipping costs 6.99€ . Our packaging team prioritises this service, so if you need your jewellery as soon as possible, please choose this option. Shipping with Correos Premium. Delivery takes place within 24-48 working hours (if the order is placed on a working day before 11:00 am), if it is placed after 11:00 am or during the weekend (or a bank holiday), it will be sent the following working day for delivery within 24-48 working hours. This is a service with delivery by hand and signature by your usual postman.

Delivery is made within 24-48 working hours (if the order is placed on a working day before 11:00 am), if it is placed after 11:00 am or during the weekend (or a public holiday), it will be sent the following working day for delivery within 24-48 working hours. This is a hand-delivered, signature-taken service by your usual postman.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping costs, as well as free shipping for some countries, exclude islands or territories that are difficult to access. In this case, the order would be subject to a personalized quote including the best shipping quote, which would be sent to the customer for approval. If it is not accepted, we will proceed to fully refund the amount paid and cancel the order.
Return policy
RETURNS IN SPAIN
We want all our customers to be satisfied with their orders. However, if this is not the case, you have 14 calendar days to return your item(s) from the delivery date.
✦ There is a 10% restocking fee on the value of the returned item(s), which will be deducted from your refund amount. (This fee does not apply to Exchanges).
✦ Returns are not accepted on Discounted , Sale, Outlet, Last Chance or Special Price products.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for exchange or return.
Orders resulting from Sweepstakes, Prizes and Gifts cannot be exchanged or returned.

Right of withdrawal
If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification. (Except for personalized items).
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the items or, if the items comprising your order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those items.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Khloe Joyas, by sending an email to shop@khloejoyas.com with the order number, the item, the reason for the return and your contact details, of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of these Conditions, although its use is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it will be sufficient for the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right to be sent before the corresponding period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs to the initial delivery address (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract (and once we have received the goods).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the items back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the items, whichever is the earliest.
In the case of Discounted, Sale, Outlet or Special Price products: exchange or return will not be accepted.
Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.
You must request the return on our website via a courier, without any undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before said period has expired. Once the 14 calendar day period has elapsed without Khloe Joyas being in possession of the items you wish to return, you will lose the possibility of a refund.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
In the event of handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items, you will be liable for any resulting decrease in value.
Exclusions and particularities
You will not have the right of withdrawal in the case of the supply of personalized items .
Your right to withdraw from the contract will apply exclusively to those items that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be made if the item has been used beyond the mere opening of the same, for products that are not in the same condition as when they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you must take care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all its original packaging, instructions and other documents that may accompany it.
Returns via courier:
You must contact us through our return request so that we can provide you with a Return Label (the cost is €6).
In the event that you do not wish to return the products via the above option, you will be responsible for the return costs. Please note that if you decide to return the items to us postage collect we will be entitled to charge you for any costs we may incur.
After examining the item, we will inform you whether you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid using the same payment method or a credit card (depending on the type of item). The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your intention to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, depending on which condition is met first. The refund will always be made using the same payment method that you used to pay for the purchase.

Please note that, once the order has been delivered, if you exercise the legal or contractual right to withdraw, when you are the one who organizes the transport of the order, without said service having been offered by us, we will not be able to assume the risk of the return package when it refers to causes not attributable to Khloe Joyas.
Please note that you will be responsible for the contents of the return package when using any of the return options offered by Khloe Joyas. In the event of an error in the contents of the return package not attributable to Khloe Joyas, we will be authorized to pass on the corresponding costs to you if it is possible to manage the return of the package to you.
In any case, the rights and actions recognized by current legislation remain intact.
