5. Application of promotions: Discount codes or promotions must be applied at the time of purchase. They cannot be applied retroactively to already placed orders.

6. Use of promotional codes: Some discounts require entering a promotional code at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the code has been entered correctly before completing payment.

7. Minimum amount: To apply discount codes, the minimum purchase amount must be €35.

1. How it works

When you buy 3 full-price items in a single transaction, you will receive the cheapest item free. Use code 3FOR2 at checkout to apply the offer.

2. Exclusions

Sale items, gift bags, and gift cards are not valid for this promotion. Solid gold jewelry is also excluded.
If any of these excluded items are in your cart, they will not be considered valid for the 3x2 promotion.
This offer cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes.

3. Requirements

The promotion is only available to all customers purchasing on our website.
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify the offer at any time without prior notice.

4. Returns and refunds

If you return all three items, you will receive a full refund. If you return only one or two items, your refund will be adjusted to the actual prices of the items you kept:
If you keep the free item but return the other two, we will deduct the full price of the free item from your refund.
If you only return the free item, no refund will be issued, as it was provided free of charge.

Giveaways:

March 2026 Giveaway

Open only to residents of Spain aged 18 or over.
Unfortunately, you cannot participate in the giveaway if you are an employee or a family member of an employee of Khloe Joyas or any third party directly involved in the administration of the giveaway.
The promotion ends at 23:59 on March 12, 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
No purchase is necessary. Entries must be submitted through the official contest website.
Khloe Joyas is not responsible for entries that are not completed correctly due to a technical failure of any kind.
The winner will be selected randomly through an automated process.
Duplicate, fraudulent, or invalid entries may be disqualified. Khloe Joyas Customer Service team will contact the winner via the email address provided when participating (shop@khloejoyas.com) on or before March 21, 2026. If we do not receive a response within 7 days of initial contact, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
