RETURNS IN SPAIN
We want all our customers to be satisfied with their orders. However, if this is not the case, you have 14 calendar days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery.

(If the product to be returned was not in the original order, it would not have had free shipping because the minimum amount for free shipping would not have been reached).

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Right of withdrawal
If you are contracting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. (Except for personalized items).
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods or, in the event that the goods comprising your order are delivered separately, 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the last of those goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Khloe Joyas of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) to shop@khloejoyas.com , including your order number, the item(s), the reason for the return, and your contact information. You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms and Conditions, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by you, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs to the initial shipping address (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract (and once we have received the goods).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the items back, or until you have provided proof of return, whichever is the earliest.
In the case of Discounted, Reduced, Outlet or Special Prices products: no exchange or return will be accepted.
Personalized items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned.
You must request a return through our website via courier without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be considered met if you return the goods before the end of this period. Once 14 calendar days have passed without Khloe Joyas being in possession of the items you wish to return, you will lose the right to a refund.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
In the event of any handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items, you will be liable for any resulting diminished value.
Exclusions and special features
You will not have the right to withdraw from the purchase in the case of the supply of personalized items .
Your right to withdraw from the contract applies only to items returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be issued if the item has been used beyond simply opening it, if it is not in the same condition as when delivered, or if it has been damaged. Therefore, please take care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. Please return the item using or including all original packaging, instructions, and any other accompanying documents.
Returns via courier:
You must contact us through our return request so that we can provide you with a Return Label (the cost is €6).
If you do not wish to return the products using the option described above, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that if you choose to return the items to us with postage due, we will be authorized to charge you for any expenses we may incur.
After examining the item, we will inform you whether you are entitled to a refund, either to the original payment method or to a credit card (depending on the type of item). The refund will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of the date you notified us of your intention to withdraw from the purchase. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first. The refund will always be issued to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Please note that, once the order has been delivered, if you exercise your legal or contractual right of withdrawal, and you arrange the transport yourself, meaning that this service was not offered by us, we cannot assume the risk regarding the return package when it is due to causes not attributable to Khloe Joyas.
Please also remember that you are responsible for the contents of the return package when using any of the return options offered by Khloe Joyas. If there is an error in the contents of the return package that is not attributable to Khloe Joyas, we are authorized to charge you for the corresponding costs if it is possible to return the package to you.
In any case, the rights and actions recognized by current legislation remain unaffected.
