Shipping costs and free shipping to some countries exclude islands or remote territories. In these cases, the order will be subject to a personalized quote, including the best shipping rate, which will be sent to the customer for approval. If the quote is not accepted, we will issue a full refund and cancel the order.

In the event of a package return due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs of €6. In the event of a return, the Return Policy will apply: a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee, plus shipping costs.
