All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Spain via Correos for the entire national territory and for international shipments.
They are delivered IN HAND with signature by your USUAL POSTMAN.

✦ Once your shipment has been prepared and dispatched, there are TRANSIT business days to receive your order.

STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping costs €2.95 or FREE if you spend €60 or more. Delivered by your usual courier in person and with signature required. Estimated shipping time is 1-7 working days once it leaves our warehouse.
SHIPPING WITH TRACKING
Tracked shipping costs €3.99. Tracked shipping by Correos (you will get a tracking number from origin to destination for your peace of mind. Estimated shipping time is 1-3 business days once it leaves our warehouse. (This shipping option is priority for us and will be shipped before standard shipping orders)
EXPRESS SHIPPING 24-48 WORKING HOURS
Express shipping costs 6.99€ . Our packaging team prioritises this service, so if you need your jewellery as soon as possible, please choose this option. Shipping with Correos Premium. Delivery takes place within 24-48 working hours (if the order is placed on a working day before 11:00 am), if it is placed after 11:00 am or during the weekend (or a bank holiday), it will be sent the following working day for delivery within 24-48 working hours. This is a service with delivery by hand and signature by your usual postman.

Before 11:00 am on Monday: arrive Tuesday or Wednesday.
Before 11:00 am on Tuesday: arrive on Wednesday or Thursday.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

✦ We offer an express service to the USA which costs €29.99 and estimated delivery times are 1-4 working days. We will prioritise these during busy periods so they will be sent first.

KHLOE JOYAS is not responsible if your order does not arrive on time due to periods of high shipping volume or due to problems with the transport company.
According to International Trade Regulations, KHLOE JOYAS is not responsible for any customs charges that may arise in the destination country.
Shipping costs and free shipping for some countries exclude islands or territories that are difficult to access. In this case, the order would be subject to a personalized quote including the best shipping quote, which would be sent to the customer for approval. If it is not accepted, we will proceed to fully refund the amount paid and cancel the order.
In the event of a return of the package due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay the re-shipping costs of €6. In the event of withdrawal, the Return Policy will be applied: payment from which 10% of the Restocking Fee is deducted, plus shipping costs.
