RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept exchanges and returns within 14 calendar days.

Personalized items do not accept returns or exchanges.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are exempt from exchanges and returns.


To make a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it and ready to relist. It must also be in the original packaging .

Options:

- If you are within the Iberian Peninsula (except Portugal) you have two options to make this return:

Option 1 : We send a courier to pick up the package at your home, work or wherever you indicate (always within the Peninsula). The cost is €6 , which we will deduct from the total purchase amount when we make the refund.
If on the day agreed for collection, the package is not delivered, the customer will be responsible for sending it to us, assuming the costs of said shipment.

Option 2 : Send us the package yourself by the courier of your choice. In this case, it is the customer who assumes the shipping costs.

- If you are outside the Iberian Peninsula, the only option available is number 2.


You must send the product in perfect condition, unused, with all its labels and in the same package in which it was delivered.

We will verify that the piece is in perfect condition (to put it up for sale) and we will approve the return. We subtract the €6 cost of collecting the package if you have chosen option 1.

In the event that the product is not in perfect condition, we will return the product to the customer with postage collect.
To request a return, you must send us an email to shop@khloejoyas.com indicating the order number and that you wish to make a return. Furthermore, we would greatly appreciate it if you also tell us the reason, as this allows us to continue improving.

The cost of the return for mainland Spain is €6 . For the rest of geographical areas, return costs are the responsibility of the customer .


From the 2nd exchange or return , all shipping management (with acknowledgment of receipt) of the return/exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your package in perfect condition, we will send you a COUPON with the amount of your purchase that you can spend on our website in the next 6 months. Important: the shipping costs of the first purchase, if any, will not be refunded, nor the €6 return cost (or the corresponding cost) of the returns service.


If you wish to make an exchange, you will have to process it as a return : order the correct item online again using the voucher we sent you.
