How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Mainland Spain: 1-3 business days.

Europe: 4-10 business days

International: 7-15 business days.

 

Orders placed on weekdays before 11:59 a.m. CET will generally ship the same business day. Orders after 11:59 a.m. CET will leave the next business day.

* Personalized items require a period for their creation that ranges between 1-3 weeks.

 

 

How much is the shipping?

Shipping in Spain: FREE

European Union shipping with tracking: € 8

Tracked international shipping outside the EU has a flat rate of € 15 with some exceptions.

 

 

Can I return the product?

Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request the return of unused and undamaged products.
